The Onboarding phase at Jessen Interiors sets the foundation for a seamless and successful design journey. It begins with a personal Meet and Greet, where we take the time to understand your vision and establish a strong working relationship. During this meeting, we walk you through our design process and what it’s like to work with us, ensuring you feel confident and informed from the start. Following this, we conduct an initial visit at the project site to asses the space, discuss your goals, and explore the project’s potential. We then prepare and present a detailed Scope of Work, outlining the project’s parameters, timeline, and expectations. 

The Discovery phase is where we dive deep into understanding your lifestyle, preferences, and design aspirations. This phase begins with comprehensive client questionnaires designed to gather detailed insights into your aesthetic tastes, functional needs, and overall vision for the project. Building on this foundation, we hold a Client Discovery Meeting—a collaborative session where we further explore your style, daily routines, and specific requirements. This process allows us to uncover the nuances that make your project unique, ensuring that every design decision reflects your personality and enhances how you live. By the end of the Discovery phase, we have a clear, personalized roadmap that guides the creation of a truly tailored design. 

The Development phase is where your vision starts to take shape through thoughtful design and meticulous planning. During this phase, our team at Jessen Interiors creates detailed floor plans, elevations, and selects a curated palette of fabrics, furnishings, and materials that reflect your style and preferences. We focus on every detail to ensure a cohesive and elevated design concept. We then present a thoughtful design presentation, allowing for any necessary revisions to refine and perfect the plan. The phase concludes with your final approval, setting the stage for a seamless transition from concept to reality. By the end of the Development phase, every element of your project is planned, approved, and ready for implementation. 

The Implementation phase is where the vision comes to life through precise execution and coordination. At Jessen Interiors, this phase begins with a Trade Day, where we meet with contractors and trades to review the finalized plans and align on the project’s execution. With construction underway, we manage the process closely, overseeing every detail to ensure quality and adherence to the design. Simultaneously, we place orders for furnishings, assess delivery lead times, and coordinate logistics to ensure everything arrives on schedule. Regular site visits are conducted to monitor progress and address any adjustments needed. As construction concludes, the focus shifts to the final stages—furniture installation, staging, and the exciting client reveal. By the end of the Implementation phase, your space is fully transformed, ready to be enjoyed and lived in.
